16. DR. MAX DAUNDERER SUED THE GERMAN STATE

At the time Dr. med. Dr. med. habil. Max Daunderer (& Co.) from TOX CENTER - http://www.toxcenter.de - in Germany had their complaint (no. 33229/09) against the German state’s use of amalgam upheld by the European Court of Human Rights.

They then had 8 weeks (until September 15, 2009) to produce documentation from people who have been refused treatment, pension, etc. on the grounds that amalgam is non-toxic / not dangerous and cannot constitute an illness or be cause of someone’s suffering / symptoms.

PLEASE NOTE: People who wanted to help were asked to fill in the form below and send it to the European Court of Human Rights in F-Strasbourg.
